Molecular Biology Services

ExonBio provides molecular biology services including:

1. Gene Cloning Clone a gene from genomic DNA, cDNA library or Bac clone to your vector. We also provide subcloning services from cloning vectors to expression or specialized customer vectors.

2. Gene Synthesis For genes hard to clone or no template available, we can synthesize the gene you interested.

3. Mutagenesis We provide any kind of mutagenesis such as point mutation, deletion and insert. We have no problem to make mutagenesis on plasmids as large as 15 kb.

4. cDNA Library Construction and Screening Construction of cDNA libraries from as little as mRNA (200 ng).  cDNA is directionally cloned into an expression plasmid without being digested by restriction enzymes.
